Heather Friedman, Eric Hryniewicz, Irene Kwak, Megan Mantsch, Joey Maruschak, Kara McNab, Kevin Scanlon, Noah Sheinhorn and Grace Woodson received an excellent rating.
Julia Dixon, Kirin Kambon, Jessica Kerry, Audrey Lin, Renee Lindenmann, Maddie Rosenberg, Eva Sauer, Erika Sowers, Sam Underwood, Kaylee White and Katy Wnuk-Fink received superior ratings.

Atholton High is getting ready for its spring performance, "The Wedding Singer," which will be running March 7 to 10.
Times are 7 p.m. on March 7, 8 and 9 and a 3 p.m. matinee on Sunday, March 10. Tickets are $10 in advance, for students and senior citizens, and $12 at the door.

Congratulations to Reservoir High School's Indoor Track program. The boys won the 3A regional championship and are going on to the state finals.
Congratulations to Atholton High School for returning as County Champions in Ice Hockey. Let us all wish them luck as they continue on to the state competition.
It is tax time and there are two ways you can get your taxes done in this area. Makingchange is a nonprofit that will host Volunteer Income Tax Assistance for free to anyone making $50,000 or less this year.
The site is open and is being run at the North Laurel-Savage MultiService Center. The hours are Mondays and Wednesdays, 4 to 8 p.m., and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The next Gator Academy, a free tutoring opportunity for any Reservoir Student for any subject, will be Sunday, Feb. 24. The next ones are March 10 and 17.
