Elkridge: Long Reach's Milena Novotny off to be page in Annapolis

Milena Novotny, of Elkridge, is heading to Annapolis. Each year the State legislature provides hundreds of students from across the state with the opportunity to serve as a page during the spring legislative session beginning in January.
