Recipe for tradition
The art of making pasta is handed down generation to generation in the Mangione family, owners of Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City. The family matriarch, Mary Mangione, requires 7 pounds of flour and three dozen eggs to make the 10 pounds of pasta needed to feed her family of 59 at Thanksgiving.Read about the recipe here.
