Hurricane Sandy - Ellicott City

Rick Mathews of Ellicott City observes the Patapsco River from Daniels Road on Oct. 30. Mathews says that he felt lucky to not lose power during the storms brought by Sandy after losing power for extended periods in the last several storms.
