Land Preservation Veto

County Executive Ken Ulman announced his decision to veto the County Council's growth tier map at the home of Martha Clark, a 540-acre farm in Ellicott City where her family has lived for more than 200 years. Clark, right, is the daughter of Sen. James Clark, the chief architect behind the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation.
