The Aberdeen IronBirds suffered their second straight shutout defeat on Monday night, losing 6-0 to the Connecticut Tigers.
With the loss, Aberdeen fell to 24-36 on the year.
Aberdeen's lone extra-base hit came from Sam Kimmel, who rapped out his first triple of the season.
Taking the loss was Aberdeen starter Sebastian Vader (1-6), who struck out six and allowed two earned runs on six hits over seven innings.
The IronBirds return home to Ripken Stadium Tuesday to take on the Lowell Spinners in a 7:05 p.m. start.
