Girls Lacrosse: North Harford vs. C. Milton Wright

In the only girls lacrosse game Monday that had UCBAC division meaning, Joppatowne was an easy winner at Bo Manor, 15-4, in a Susquehanna Division match. The Mariners led at the half, 10-2.

Emma McDougall led the Mariners (4-3/5-4) with five goals and three assists. Christina Miller added four goals and one assist and Emily Murphy had two goals.

Julie Sands finished with a goal and three assists. Cara Chishom, April Kinyua and Samantha Soul each also scored a goal.

Alexa Cover scored two of Bo Manor's four goals.

Joppatowne goalie Felicia Okoye had eight saves and Bo Manor keeper Kaitlyn Moise had seven.

Patriots edge Cougars

In a game rescheduled after a March postponement, host Fallston played John Carroll in a non-league contest, won by the Patriots, 11-10. John Carroll led at the half, 7-4.

Erica Bodt led the winners with four goals and one assist, while Grace Richards and Caroline Sdanowich each scored two goals. Mackenzie Reese added a goal and an assist and Colleen Zulty also scored a goal.

Sam Nolan led Fallston with four goals and one assist. Courtney Laubach also scored two goals.

John Carroll goalie Alexa Dipeso had six saves. Fallston played two goalies - Grace Deckert and Jordan Wagner – and each had three saves.

John Carroll led at the half, 7-4.

Mustangs fall to Maryvale

C. Milton Wright also took a break from league play Monday to host Maryvale Prep. The visitors posted a 16-10 win after leading by just one, 7-6, at the half.

Sara Nolan scored three goals to lead the Mustangs, while Maggie Gallagher and Abby Smucker each scored twice. Katie Gallagher, Brooke Williams and Lauren Haggerty scored single goals.

Katie Gallagher added two assists, while Haggerty and Maggie Gallagher had one assist apiece.

CMW goalie Heather McKee had nine saves.

Warriors lose at Spalding

Havre de Grace made it three county teams to play out of conference games Monday, traveling to and losing at Spalding, 15-4. The Warriors trailed 12-2 at the half.

Carly Thompson scored two goals to lead Havre de Grace, while Katie Thompson and Brianna Haffey added a goal each. Margaret Stump had the Warriors lone assist.

In goal, Abbie Blessing registered eight saves.
