The Harford Christian Eagles knocked off host Edgewood, 4-1, in Monday boys soccer play.
Edgewood's Diego Martinez scored an unassisted goal in the first half, and heading into the halftime break the Rams were still holding a 1-0 advantage.
Harford Christian's John Wilson evened the game in the second half, scoring with an assist from Seth McCarty.
McCarty put the Eagles up, 2-1, with a goal assisted by Tim Guertler.
Later in the second half, Wilson scored his team's third goal, and was again assisted by McCarty.
Ryan Redmond netted the game's final goal, and providing the assist was Eagle Paul Franco.
The win put Harford Christian at 8-2 overall, while Edgewood (1-1 Susquehanna) fell to 1-5 for the season.
On Friday night, the Eagles topped the visiting Havre de Grace Warriors, 3-1.
The loss dropped Havre de Grace (1-1 Chesapeake) to 4-2 overall.
Ben Weaver scored the Eagles' first goal with an assist from McCarty.
Before the halftime whistle sounded, Harford Christian struck again, as Wilson scored with McCarty's assist to give the Eagles a 2-0 advantage.
Havre de Grace's lone goal came in the second half.
Harford Christian saw its final goal come from the foot of Redmond, who was assisted by Guertler.
Patterson Mill tops Perry Hall
Patterson Mill (4-1-2 overall, 0-0-2 Chesapeake) earned a boys soccer victory Friday, as the Huskies topped the visiting Perry Hall Gators, 2-0.
Logan Hennlein scored the Huskies' first goal with an assist from Connor Neumann.
Patterson Mill led 1-0 at halftime.
In the second half, Laz Caldwell scored the game's final goal, and again providing the assist was Neumann.
Patterson Mill goalie Ian Dowding had 12 saves in the shutout.
