The UCBAC Chesapeake Division girls soccer championship was up for grabs Wednesday night in Fallston and the visiting C. Milton Wright Mustangs claimed it, beating the Cougars in a very physical game, 2-0.

The Mustangs (5-0-1 league, 10-1-1 overall) went ahead in the first half. A Fallston clear was knocked down, right onto the foot of Mackenzie Dickey, who drilled the ball into the net.

The score remained that way until the final minutes, when Fallston (3-1-2, 7-2-2) pushed everybody forward, looking for the tie goal.

Sometimes, the other team can get a breakaway and that's what the Mustangs got as Megan Frailer broke away for the insurance goal with an assist from Julia O'Mara.
