John Carroll beats Aberdeen big in girls soccer

Girls high school soccer action was at a minimum in Harford County Wednesday, but John Carroll and Aberdeen were able to play a non-league game in Aberdeen. The Patriots (4-3) dominated the action, scoring multiple goals in each half for a 9-0 win.

Jordan Clark led the Patriots with three goals and two assists, while Olivia DiFonso added a pair of goals. Megan Amrein finished with a goal and two assists, while single goals were also scored by MaryKate Gerety, Sophie Centi and Alice Cumpston. Becky Hottle and Caroline Sdanowich each had assists.

Aberdeen (2-4) goalie Lisa Eller made seven saves, while Susan Cumpston had one save in the John Carroll goal.
