Elkton took the lead back on its next possession, scoring on a 41-yard pass, then hitting the extra point to go up, 14-10.
Half way through the fourth quarter, Elkton scored its final touchdown on an 18-yard rush, then missed the point after kick, leaving the score at 20-10.
On its final possession of the game, Bel Air gained 47 yards on a crafty play, with Wallace pitching to running back Miquel Valdez, who stopped at the line of scrimmage and hurled a forward pass back to the unguarded Wallace on the other side of the field. Wallace then sprinted to the Elkton one. On the next play, Bel Air running back Juwan Singletary muscled across the line for a touchdown. Harris' extra point kick went wide, which left the score at 20-16.
Elkton got the ball back with just under four minutes left, and held it through the final whistle.
Playing at home on Friday night, the Joppatowne Mariners (1-1) didn't manage a score and lost, 28-0, to visiting North East.
In other Friday night action, North Harford evened its record at 1-1 by thrashing host Rising Sun, 49-7.
Havre de Grace, meanwhile, slipped to 0-2 after a 28-12 loss to visiting Bo Manor.
John Carroll (2-0) was also a winner, beating visiting Dulaney, 55-16.
