Lenier Tucker and Michael Dzambasow led the pack as Edgewood outran Aberdeen, Havre de Grace and host Joppatowne in a cross country meet Sept. 27.
Tucker ran 18:37, and Dzambasow, 18:39, as the Rams took the top three places and six of the top 10 to win, 19-37, over Aberdeen. Joppatowne was third with 87 points.
For Edgewood, Sam Verk finished third in 19:03; David Dzambasow, sixth in 19:43; Langston Gash, seventh in 20:09; and Aaron Parker 10th in 21:07.
Aberdeen's Chris Banko took fourth in 19:03; Billy Morris, fifth in 19:34; and Micah Dailey, eighth in 20:27.
Tyree Gibson led Joppatowne at ninth place in 20:45. Braeden Ferrell was the leader for Havre de Grace at 11th in 21:15.
Danielle Jankovick led Havre de Grace to victory in the girls' race. A junior, she clocked 24:57 to finish 40 seconds ahead of Jordan Ecker of Aberdeen. Maddy Bauld of Havre de Grace placed third in 28:56.
Edgewood, with Tiffany Weimer in fourth and Kaley Barnhill in fifth, finished second behind the Warriors, 27-37. Joppatowne and Aberdeen were incomplete.
