Aberdeen plans to borrow up to $2.5 million to fix roads

The City of Aberdeen will have a plan to tackle $2 million to $3 million worth of paving work on the city's roads in the new calendar year, City Manager Douglas Miller told Mayor Michael Bennett and Aberdeen City Council during their work session Monday afternoon.
