Bel Air police report:
Devin Christopher McGraw, 30, who has a post office box in Edgewood, was charged Thursday with resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful order, making a false statement to a police officer, two counts of drug paraphernalia possession, three counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, three counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and three counts of second-degree assault.
Patrick William Doyle, 47, of the 700 block of Rockspring Road, was charged Friday with vandalism and being a rogue and vagabond.
Jeffrey William Childs, 22, of the first block of Spindle Hill Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Crystal Marie Lawrence, 25, of the 1800 block of Edgewater Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $1,000.
Darrell Walter Hopkins, 23, of the 2500 block of Hanson Road, was charged Thursday with giving a false name to police and driving with a suspended license and privilege.
Vincent Johnson, 19, who has addresses in the 1200 block of Valley Leaf Court and the 500 block of Crownwood Court, was charged Friday with giving a false name to police, failing to stop at a red traffic signal and driving without the required license and authorization.
Randon D. Brice, 33, of the 700 block of Serenity Court, was charged Friday with marijuana possession.
Sharon Irene Jackson, 50, of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and two counts of second-degree assault.
