Army reports 3,000 gallon sewage overflow into Bush River tributary

Extreme rainfall, totaling two inches in 24-hours, caused a sewage overflow Thursday at the wastewater treatment plant at the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, the Army said Friday.
