Sonya Janouris, 49, of the 1900 block of Bruce Road, was charged Friday with writing a bad check and theft under $1,000.

John Nichols, 47, with a P.O. Box in Aberdeen, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, negligent driving, aggressive driving, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while intoxicated.

David Isennock Jr., 34, of the 800 block of Carsins Run Road, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary.

Shimron Brooks, 27, of the first block of East Inca Street, was charged Sunday with three counts of possessing drugs with intent to distribute, possessing a firearm in a drug or trafficking crime and two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Jeana Pailer, 23, also of the first block of East Inca Street, was charged Sunday with possessing drugs with intent to distribute, possessing a firearm in a drug trafficking crime and possessing marijuana.

William Wagner, 30, of the 400 block of Battery Drive, was charged Monday with violating his probation in a case in which he was found guilty of marijuana possession.

Chanel Bowser-Coleman, 29, of the 300 block of Tidewater Drive, was charged Friday with failing to stop at a stop sign, unauthorized display of registration plate, removing a vehicle ID number, driving uninsured and related charges.

Shane Alan West, 26, of the 100 block of Anderson Avenue, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with theft below $1,000 and a case in which he was found guilty of a credit card charge.

Havre de Grace police report:

A vehicle was damaged by gunshots, reported Thursday at South Stokes Street and Bourbon Street. Witnesses reported hearing three to six gunshots fired. Two men were seen running from the scene. No one was injured.

A cell phone was stolen from a car Thursday in the 600 block of Pearl Street.

Items were stolen from a porch in the 700 block of Revolution Street on Thursday.

A grill and propane tank were stolen Friday in the 600 block of South Union Avenue.

A tag was stolen Sunday in the 500 block of Harbour Court.

People were reported shooting guns out of moving vehicles Friday in the 4600 block of Madonna Road. On Friday, a bullet hole was also observed on the back of a house in the 3100 block of Timber Ridge Circle.

Daniel Radzilowski, 48, of the 300 block of Maryland Avenue in Pasadena, was charged Monday with failing to perform a contract and acting as a contractor without a license.

Dennis Hill, 55, of the 100 block of South Main Street in North East, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while intoxicated, consuming alcohol in the passenger area, negligent driving, reckless driving, failing to obey traffic control devices and unsafe lane changing.

Ronald Mesaris, 52, of the first block of Dogwood Drive in Essex, was charged Monday with possessing a firearm after being convicted of a felony.

Anthony Poole, 43, of the 400 block of Chester River Heights in Millington, was charged Friday with willfully driving at a slow speed, reckless endangerment, first-degree assault and second-degree assault.

Michael Schap, 22, of the 200 block of Glider Drive in Middle River, was charged Sunday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, possessing marijuana, disorderly conduct and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Lilliston, 19, of the 31000 block of Bradford Neck Drive in Melfax, Va., was charged Sunday with possessing marijuana.

Daniel Bartulis, 23, of the first block of Bently Lane in Port Deposit, was charged Saturday with not being restrained by a seat belt, failing to attach a registration plate and driving with a suspended license.
