Havre de Grace police reports:
A car was vandalized Monday in the 800 block of South Union Avenue.
A battery-operated bicycle was stolen last Wednesday in the 1400 block of Bayview Drive.
A flower pot was knocked over last Thursday in the 300 block of Saint John Street.
A work truck was damaged last Thursday in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway.
A large crowd was fighting in front of Coakley's on Saturday. One person had minor scratches and refused treatment. Police did not immediately know the number of people in the fight.
Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police report:
David Michael Boemmel, 23, of the 3500 block of Advocate Hill Drive, was charged last Wednesday with possessing a narcotic with the intent to distribute, possessing a drug other than marijuana, possessing paraphernalia and failing to display a license.
Bank fraud of more than $10,000 was reported last Wednesday in the 3700 block of Norrisville Road.
Vehicle tires were slashed Saturday in the 1300 block of Knopp Road.
Adam Travis Crouse, 24, of the 1000 block of Rosemont Drive, was charged last Wednesday with ex parte violation and suspended registration.
Anthony John Elkins, 40, of the 100 block of Duryea Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.
Gunshots were reported near the park last Wednesday in the 100 block of Kearney Drive.
A vehicle was vandalized last Wednesday in the 500 block of Trimble Road.
Someone was assaulted Friday while serving papers in the 200 block of Foster Knoll Drive.
Larry Scott Manahan, 44, of the first block of St. Mary's Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.
A mailbox was vandalized Friday in the 4000 block of Grandview Drive.
