Walter E. Wilhelm Jr., 50, of the 3000 block of Whitefield Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lawrence S. Fox, 26, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Tuesday with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.
