Joseph Wick, 36, of the 700 block of Faloner Road, was charged Thursday with being a fugitive from justice.
Stephen Kelly, 24, of the 300 block of Emfield Road, was charged Thursday with driving without tags and having expired registration plates.
Shed doors were open Wednesday in the 400 block of Foster Branch Road.
Vandalism was reported Wednesday in the 500 block of Joppa Farm Road.
Shots were reported fired Thursday in the 400 block of Trimble Road.
A phone and money were stolen Monday in the 1400 block of Mountain Road.
Two vehicles were broken into Sunday in the 200 block of Beechwood Avenue.
Juveniles set fire in a basketball court Sunday at Averill and Trimble roads.
Clinton Hyde, 29, of the 4300 block of Federal Hill Road, was charged Thursday with theft less than $100.
Joseph Helsing, 27, of the 10000 block of Padding Court in Ellicott City, was charged Dec. 27 with negligent driving, reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol.
Michael Baylor, 26, of the 100 block of North Dewey Street in Philadelphia, was charged Dec. 27 with having a fraudulent identity to avoid prosecution and making a false statement to an officer.
Kyle Williams, 24, of the 300 block of Meeher Avenue in Newark, N.J., was arrested Dec. 26 as a fugitive from New Jersey.
George Patterson, 47, of the 2800 block of Clearview Avenue in Parkville, was charged Monday with possessing marijuana.
Robert O'Neill Jr., 31, of the 1600 block of Green Mill Road in Finksburg, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with theft below $100.
Edward Dashiell, 23, of the 300 block of August Lane in Glen Burnie, was charged Wednesday with possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing marijuana, resisting arrest and having an open alcoholic beverage in a retail establishment.
Peter Kazarian, 38, of the 400 block of Peach Street in Staunton, Va., was charged Wednesday with failing to appear for a case in which he was charged with two counts of theft below $1,000 and two counts of theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
