A crash between two southbound vehicles on I-95 north of Aberdeen Wednesday afternoon blocked lanes on that side of the highway shortly before rush hour, Maryland State Police said.
A pickup truck collided with a tractor-trailer at 3:20 p.m., between the Maxa Road and Paradise Road overpasses just north of Aberdeen, a Maryland State Police duty officer at the JFK Barrack said. The driver of the pick-up truck was taken to Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace with non-life-threatening injuries.
"Nobody was seriously hurt," the duty officer said.
One southbound lane remained open at all times following the accident, State Police said. All lanes were open at 5 p.m., police said.
A photograph of the accident showed the pick-up truck wedged underneath what appeared to be a tandem dump trailer.
