Get picking: Applewood Farm and Lohr's Orchard
Applewood Farm in Whiteford hails fall with hayrides, pumpkin picking, model trains, a petting zoo and more. That's if you find your way out of the corn maze, of course. Open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through October. Admission is $4 per person, cash at the gate. Credit cards are accepted for purchases on the farm.
