Jeff Shaara, author of the current best-seller “Blaze of Glory,” will be the featured speaker at the annual springtime fundraiser for the Harford County Public Library Foundation. Shaara, son of Michael Shaara who wrote the Pulitzer Prize-winning “The Killer Angels,” took on the mantle of writing Civil War histories after his father’s death.
