Michael Phelps' Harford County roots [Pictures]
Olympic champion swimmer Michael Phelps spent part of his childhood in Harford County and hasn't forgotten his roots since becoming an international athletic celebrity. Phelps has been a major supporter of the Boys and Girls Clubs, in particular the clubs in Harford.
