Fatal I-95 crash in Abingdon

( Photo courtesy of Joppa-Magnolia Fire Company / November 24, 2012 ) Police, fire and EMS personnel assist one of the victims of a two-vehicle crash on I-95 in Abingdon early Saturday, as firefighters work to bring the fire in one of the vehicles under control. Maryland State Police say two people died and two were injured. In addition, an off-duty trooper who was first at the scene suffered smoke inhalation when he pulled three people from the burning Lexus involved in the accident. |
