Over the years, many Christmas traditions have taken root in our community that are for the most part unique to Harford County. Here are 12 current Harford Christmas Traditions, plus a reminder of a few that have sadly left us.

1 - Aberdeen's Christmas Street
For 36 years, Aberdeen has been welcoming Santa Claus to town with its annual Christmas Street celebration on the first Saturday in December. Starting off with the popular breakfast with Santa held at Grace United Methodist Church, the daylong series of events feature the area's largest Christmas parade, a craft fair, nativity scene, street musicians and other entertainment.
