( MATT BUTTON | AEGIS STAFF, Patuxent Publishing / July 10, 2012 ) Harford and Baltimore counties are moving forward on a plan for replacing the Hess Road bridge over Little Gunpowder Falls in Monkton. A final decison, likely to involve putting another one-lane bridge on the existing abuttments, is expected by this fall. |
