BRAC arrives in Harford

Construction of the Aberdeen Corporate Park along Route 22 next to the Target in Aberdeen is under way. The project is one of several office parks that are a direct result of defense contractors moving to Harford County because of BRAC changes at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
