Bel Air woman, 79, is Harford's first highway death in July

Maryland State Police troopers in Harford County conducted what they called "Operation Heat Wave" Friday afternoon to encourage motorists to drive safer. Unfortunately, there was a fatal accident earlier in the day, the first in July.
