William Russell Keblen, 43, of the 100 block of Wilson Street, was charged Thursday with unauthorized removal of property, driving on a suspended out-of-state license, driving without required license and authorization and two counts of taking a vehicle without an owner's consent in order to deprive the owner.
Frank Joseph Messerall, 52, who has a P.O. Box in Havre de Grace, was charged Thursday with theft between $10,000 and $100,000.
Daniel Patrick Ryan, 24, who has addresses in the 700 block of Ruddy Court and the 3500 block of Fourth Street in Brooklyn, was arrested on a bench warrant Saturday in a case he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, theft less than $1,000, theft less than $100 and two counts of paraphernalia possession.

A bicycle was stolen from the 500 block of Green Street on Friday.
A Pepsi machine was vandalized in the 300 block of North Adams Street on Saturday.
A couple was fighting in the 100 block of Weber Street on Saturday and Tuesday. Charges are pending for a domestic assault.
Two teenage boys were fighting in the 900 block of Revolution Street on Monday.
Joshua Allan Knapp, 28, of the 700 block of Royal Mile Drive in Abingdon, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.
Bok Wi Yoo, 57, of the first block of Skylark Court in Baltimore, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol.

People were shooting shotguns close to houses Sunday in the 3600 block of Duxbury Court.
Courtney Nicole Scheeler, 28, of the 200 block of Brittany Drive, was charged Friday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, theft scheme less than $1,000, identity theft, being a rogue and vagabond, two counts of charging $500 or less to another credit card, two counts of charging $500 or less by impersonating a credit card holder, two counts of receiving a credit card unlawfully, two counts of receiving stolen credit cards, 13 counts of obtaining goods and money by forgery and 13 counts of forging private documents.
