Sheriff's deputies and state police report:
Patrick Michael Class, 24, of the 1400 block of Buckthorn Drive, was charged Thursday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to steal between $1,000 and $10,000. Class was also arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft less than $100.
A vehicle tag theft at the Bel Air Auto Auction was reported Monday in the 4800 block of Harford Creamery Road.
Kevin Arthur Compton, 47, of the 1200 block of Joppa Farm Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.
