Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Jacob Michael Seaman, 24, of the first block of Spesutia Road, who is being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of contraband in a place of confinement and possession of controlled dangerous substances while detained.

Roberta Washington Johnson, 34, of the 200 block of Perrywood Court, who is being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Raymond Maurice Oneill, 31, of the 700 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged Saturday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of drug packaging materials, driving with an expired license, driving a rented motor vehicle in violation of the rental agreement and driving at a speed exceeding the limit.

Darrell Allen Broadwater Jr., 23, who has addresses in the 100 block of Post Road and first block of Tenneck Court in Lutherville, was charged Sunday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft less than $1,000 and unlawful removal of property.

Jamie Thomas Kraus, 33, of the 1500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Sunday with removing a prescription label.

Jerome Jerry Jones, 31, of the 600 block of Walker Street, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Michael Anthony Mack, 44, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was arrested Monday in a case he was charged with possession of marijuana.

Bryant Wyche, 47, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was arrested Monday in a case he was charged with alcohol beverage intoxication.

Megan Nicole Murphy, 29, of the 900 block of Gilbert Road, was charged Monday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Helen Gilkes-Barksdale, 36, of the 500 block of Twin Leaf Drive, was charged Friday with driving even though her license had been suspended, failure to display a registration card on demand, driving in excess of a reasonable speed and driving at a speed exceeding the limit.

Property valued between $10,000 and $100,000 was stolen Thursday at the Clorox plant site in the 500 block of Old Post Road.

Credit card fraud was reported Thursday in the 400 block of South Law Street.

Rickey Recardo Jones Jr., 36, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was charged Friday with providing false information as a registered sex offender and failing to notify as a registered sex offender.

Steven Robert Smith, 40, of the 3000 block of Sounding Drive, was arrested Saturday in a case he was charged with driving on a revoked license and privilege. Smith was also arrested on another bench warrant.

There was a suspicious box in the parking lot of Alfred B. Hilton Park in the 4100 block of Gravel Hill Road Friday.

Havre de Grace police report:

A man was accused of assaulting three friends, in the 500 block of South Stokes Street, on Thursday. No arrests were made.

A woman was accused of hitting another woman in the face, in the 400 block of Battery Drive, on Thursday.

An iPod was stolen from a home in the 100 block of Parkway Avenue on Thursday.

A wallet was stolen at Best Budget Inn, in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway, on Sunday. A suspect is known to the victim, but no one has been charged.

A vehicle was damaged in the 1200 block of Battery Drive on Sunday.

Eddie Ralph Vaught, 44, of the 1400 block of Chestnut Street, was arrested Friday in a case he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Eron Cisneros, 19, of the 5500 block of New Park Road, was charged last Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol per se; driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol; negligent driving in a careless and imprudent manner endangering property, life and person; reckless driving in wanton and willful disregard for safety of persons and property; failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions; failure to control vehicle speed to avoid collision; failure to display license on demand; driving without require license and authorization; holder of learner's permit driving without required supervision; violating license restriction; failure to enter lawful lane after left turn; failure to stop after accident involving property damage.

Cows were in a front yard Thursday in the 5300 block of Long Corner Road.

Items valued at less than $1,000 were stolen Saturday in the 4700 block of Chippewa Drive.

Jordan Michael Ayres, 20, who has addresses in the 1000 block of East Baltimore Street and 4000 block of Security Lane in Baltimore, was arrested Friday in a case he was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a drug other than marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Delvin Kenyatta Amos, 20, of the 1100 block of Washington Boulevard in Baltimore, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and possession of narcotics with intent with distribute.

Aaron William Sedgewick Jr., 21, of the 2900 block of Harview Avenue in Parkville, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana.

Aaron Michael Boyd, 33, of the 600 block of Trinity Church Road in North East, was arrested Sunday in a case he was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Jaleel Anthony Williams, 19, of the 1000 block of Carroll Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Monday with possessing marijuana.

Kimberlee Ann Logan, 33, of the 900 block of Elton Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Saturday with willfully driving a vehicle at slow speed, driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and having an inoperative light.

James DeShawn Hillard, 22, of the 2000 block of Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Monday with driving without required license and authorization, driving at a speed exceeding the limit and driving even though his license had been suspended.

Jaleel Anthony Williams, 18, of the 1600 block of Carroll Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Monday with possession of marijuana.

Arin Russ Rittler, 30, of the 300 block of Old Bayview Road in North East, was charged Monday with driving even though his license had been suspended, driving even though his license had been revoked, driving without required license and authorization, driving while a license is suspended, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, authorized removal of property and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Lee Odist Phillett Smith, 38, of the 2400 block of Arunah Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana.
