Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Kevin Darshaun Watkins, 18, of the first block of Alton Street, and Joshua Kalechae Telp, 18, of the 300 block of Custis Street, were charged Wednesday with 13 counts of malicious destruction of property greater than $500, second-degree assault and scheming to commit malicious destruction of greater than $500.

Aberdeen police report:

Tires were slashed in the first block of Rigdon Road on Tuesday.

Someone broke into a home Tuesday in the 100 block of Wood Road.

A neighbor destroyed property in the 100 block of Engle Avenue.

Someone made threats to cashiers at ShopRite, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road, on Wednesday.

A suspicious man was reported Tuesday in the 300 block of Bigmount Court.

Dayson Glenn Wagner, 33, of the 1100 block of Royston Place, was charged Tuesday with nine counts of theft under $1,000 and scheming to do a theft from $1,000 to $10,000.

Medicine was stolen Tuesday in the 400 block of Underwood Circle.

A property in the 1400 block of Emmorton Road was vandalized Tuesday.

A vehicle was stolen Tuesday in the 800 block of Belair Road.

Cameron Michael Pigott, 35, of the 3400 block of Fallston Road, was arrested Thursday in a case in which he was charged with fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500.

Corey T. Hierstetter, 19, of the 200 block of Aster Lane, was charged Wednesday with being rogue and vagabond and theft under $100.

Aluminum was stolen Tuesday in the 2200 block of Melrose Lane.

Items were stolen from a shed Tuesday in the 2100 block of Poteet Road.

Havre de Grace

Crispin L. Serrano, 37, of the 1100 block of Revolution Street, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Items were stolen Tuesday in the 2300 block of Singer Road.

Street

Robert John Ellis, 30, of the 700 block of Cherry Hill Road, was charged Wednesday with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Martrel Rayshard Reeves, 22, of the 12000 block of Pleasant Prospect Road in Bowie, Prince George's County, was arrested Tuesday in a case where he was charged with knowingly and willfully assuming someone's identity to avoid identification, apprehension or prosecution for a crime.

Sean Robert Conklin, 22, and Marc Edward Conklin, 19, of the 22000 block of Leanne Terrace in Ashburn, Va., were arrested Tuesday in a case in which they were charged with second-degree assault.

Alex Joseph Donaldson, 19, of the first block of Lois Lane in Shrewsbury, Pa., was arrested Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with malicious destruction of property of more than $500 and three counts of second-degree assault.
