Jeffrey Bukowski, 43, of the 300 block of Sparta Court, was charged Friday with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment and two counts of second-degree assault.

Matthew Ryan Krach, 32, of the 500 block of Kenmore Avenue, was charged Friday with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving and having alcohol in his blood in violation of a restriction.

Ryan Michael Pratt, 31, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Friday with 10 counts of violating a protective order.

Jeanne Bradfield Kunkel, 53, of the 1100 block of Sussex Court, was charged June 26 with failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, negligent driving, driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs and driving while impaired by drugs.

Wayne Joseph Chenowith, 49, of the 11000 block of Arbutus Avenue in Kingsville, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joshua Dean Bratton, 27, of the 900 block of Carsins Run Road in Aberdeen, was charged Friday with operating an unregistered vehicle, failing to display registration card on demand and driving with a suspended license and privilege. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with vandalism.

Stephen Andrew Jackson, 23, of the 2200 block of Hill Court, was charged Friday with marijuana possession.

Marie L. Pierre, 20, of the 200 block of East 23rd Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Sunday with possessing or issuing forged currency and theft less than $100.

Dale Timothy Feazell, 52, of the 100 block of South Kelly Avenue, was charged Monday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Dianna Lynn Keiser, 40, of the 4500 block of Perkins Place, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which she was charged with driving with a revoked license and privilege.

Keith Bigger, 43, of the 500 block of Livingston Avenue in Albany, N.Y., was arrested as a fugitive for New York Thursday.

Lindsay Keith Patterson, 28, of the 6300 block of North Woodstock Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Monday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Roysall Kennedy, 46, of the 4200 block of West Thompson Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Monday with driving a vehicle without the owner's consent with the intent of depriving the owner.

William Thomas Gorman, 48, of the 1100 block of East Passyonk Avenue in Philadelphia, was charged Monday with indecent exposure.

Shaun Ernest Hall, 27, of the 3700 block of Center Way in Fairfax, Va., was charged last Thursday with driving 15 miles over the speed limit.
