Rodney Parker, 45, of the 300 block of Enfield Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license.
Brandon Eugene Baldwin, 22, who has addresses in the 300 block of Adair Court and the 1400 block of Harford Square Drive in Edgewood, was charged Friday with fourth-degree burglary theft, first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
