Aberdeen

Martin A. Fisher, 22, of the 700 block of Clayton Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

License plates were stolen Monday in the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

Aberdeen police report:

A man was trying to start a fight in the parking lot of 7-Eleven, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Wednesday.

People were shoplifting Wednesday at Dollar General, in the Aberdeen Shopping Plaza.

A man hit his daughter Wednesday at the library, in the first block of Franklin Street.

Tobacco use was reported Wednesday at Aberdeen High School.

Two juveniles were riding bikes and throwing rocks off the tracks Wednesday in the 400 block of Ford Street.

Residents reported the odor of burning rubber Wednesday, making people sick and causing headaches, on Hanover Street.

Victor Smith Jr., 24, of the 600 block of Lochern Terrace, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

A firecracker was put on a car and went off Monday in the 1000 block of Longstream Court.

Firecrackers were put in a mailbox Monday in the 1000 block of Longstream Court.

There was a theft from a store Monday in the 700 block of Belair Road.

Brandon Clay Jackson, 34, of the 4300 block of Winners Circle, was charged May 25 with second-degree assault.

A car was vandalized Tuesday in the 1200 block of Independence Square.

Mail was stolen Tuesday in the 2200 block of Castleton Road.

Edgewood

Pamela Lynn Stables, 35, of the 800 block of Sleepy Hollow Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Jacqueline N. Brown, 27, of the 1800 block of Harbinger Trail, was charged Wednesday with drug paraphernalia possession, possession of a drug other than marijuana and having contraband in a place of confinement.

Donald Arnell Smith Jr., 29, of the 3400 block of Periwinkle Way, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Quayzon Reyes Barnes, 19, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was arrested on two bench warrants Wednesday in cases in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without the required license and authorization.

Donji Martell Hall, 20, of the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

A window was vandalized Monday in the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive.

Money and medicine were stolen Monday in the 1400 block of Clearview Road.

Checks were stolen and used Tuesday in the 1900 block of Steven Drive.

Fallston

Carmine Joseph Avena, 41, who has addresses in the 2300 block of Belair Road and the 600 block of Patapsco Avenue in Rosedale, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with unauthorized removal of property, trespassing and two counts of telephone misuse through repeated calls.

A rental vehicle was not returned Tuesday in the 1800 block of Belair Road.

Forest Hill

Buford Neal Deweese, 49, of the 200 block of Woodbine Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

A building was vandalized Monday in the 100 block of Industry Lane.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday in the 1600 block of Honeysuckle Drive.

Havre de Grace

Christopher Allen Milburn, 20, of the 100 block of Darlington Road, was charged Wednesday with driving with an obstructed windshield view, driving with a suspended license and privilege and possessing a suspended license.

William James Lowe, 40, who has addresses in the first block of Pine Street and the first block of Robin Hood Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle.

A house was broken into Wednesday in the 3800 block of Moxley Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

Maurice A. Murphy, 40, of the 400 block of Battery Drive, was arrested as a fugitive from New Jersey Tuesday.

Drug paraphernalia, including syringes and some medical items, were found Wednesday on Strawberry Lane near Revolution Street.

Narcotics were stolen Monday in the 3900 block of Norrisville Road.

A motorcycle was damaged Monday in the 500 block of Riley Court.

Shots were heard fired Wednesday in the 2700 block of Winters Run Road.

There was a possible break-in Wednesday in the 1100 block of Joppa Road.

Pylesville

Jeremy Allen Neaves, 18, of the 400 block of Wheeler School Road, was charged Wednesday with first- and fourth-degree burglary, vandalism and theft less than $100.

Howard Charles Long, 57, of the 600 block of Stockwell Lane in Neptune, N.J., was arrested as a fugitive from New Jersey Tuesday.

Jennifer Jill Printy, 39, of the 4900 block of Jessup Avenue in Gunpowder, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which she was charged with driving without the required license and privilege.

Laura Jeannette Wilson, 30, of the 100 block of West Main Street in Fawn Grove, Pa., was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

James Carroll Logue, 26, of the 5400 block of Canterbury Road in Rosedale, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary, stealing another person's credit card, vandalism, two counts of theft less than $500 and three counts of theft more than $500.

Harvey Leemore III, 36, of the 6400 block of Roots Drive in Glen Burnie, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree burglary, theft between $10,000 and $100,000, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and unauthorized removal of property.

Vernon Smith, 44, of the first block of Elk Lane in Elkton, was arrested on a bench warrant Saturday in a case in which he was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.
