Harford sheriff's deputies and state police report:
Jacob Tyler Wilson, 22, of the 3100 block of Ashton Court, was charged Saturday with being a rogue and vagabond, theft less than $1,000, marijuana possession and two counts of drug paraphernalia possession.
Curtis Blake Collins, 43, of the 1000 block of Portsmouth Court, was charged Sunday with two counts of obtaining drugs by fraud, two counts of obtaining prescriptions by forgery and two counts of obtaining prescriptions by an altered order.
Kevin Guyon Brice, 48, of the 1100 block of Bush Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100.
A necklace was stolen Thursday in the 100 block of Waldon Road.
A skid loader was stolen Thursday in the 1200 block of Bush Road.

Tires were slashed on a vehicle Saturday in the 3200 block of Stone Eagle Court.
A bag was stolen from a shopping cart Saturday in the first block of Wegmans Boulevard.
Stephanie Erin Miller, 34, of the first block of East Lee Street, who is also listed as homeless, was arrested on two bench warrants Thursday in cases in which she was charged with two counts of theft less than $100.
Randy Dave Citro, 28, of the 100 block of South Main Street, was charged Thursday with marijuana possession. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with permitting an unauthorized person to drive a vehicle in violation of a rental agreement.
Holly Ann Hayden, 23, of the 1200 block of Athens Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which she was charged with disorderly conduct.
