Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Pierre Darrel Butler, 25, of the 600 block of Pine Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault, vandalism and making a false statement to an officer.

Lonnie Fleetwood, 35, of the 600 block of Edmund Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Copper was stolen Tuesday in the 1600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A vehicle was broken into Tuesday in the 4800 block of Atlas Cedar Way.

Prescriptions were stolen Wednesday in the 2400 block of Old Robin Hood Road.

A chop saw was stolen Wednesday in the first block of Pannell Drive.

A riding mower was stolen Wednesday in the 1900 block of Carsins Run Road.

There was a theft from a trailer Wednesday in the 3400 block of Churchville Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Someone was throwing trash Wednesday from a car at Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Someone damaged lights Wednesday at the St. Joan of Arc School office, in the 200 block of South Law Street. The school asked for extra patrols.

A man who was staggering in traffic Wednesday on APG Road said he was almost hit by a vehicle.

A 7-year-old child was hit by a 16-year-old Wednesday at a park in the 400 block of Holly Drive.

Bel Air

Jesus Estrado-Ruiz, 34, of the first block of East Kelly Street, was charged Tuesday with failing to display his license on demand, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without the required license and authorization, negligent driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, failure to display lighted lamps when required and attempting to elude police by failing to stop.

Kaitlyn Eden Kelly, 21, of the 800 block of Peppard Drive, was arrested on two bench warrants Tuesday in cases in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Joseph B. Hogan, 25, of the 1500 block of Amesbury Court, was charged Tuesday with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary.

Norman Michael Miller, 42, of the 1100 block of Vanguard Way, was charged Tuesday with unauthorized removal of property.

Kelsey Lynn Ashwood, 18, who has addresses in the 2400 block of Creswell Road and he 900 block of West Saratoga Street in Baltimore, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which she was charged with two counts each of second-degree assault and possessing a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

A residence was broken into Sunday in the 100 block of Royal Oak Drive.

Items were stolen from a vehicle Sunday in the 1200 block of Agora Drive.

There was an attempted break-in Tuesday in the 1500 block of Amesbury Court.

James Morell Brown III, 23, of the 2100 block of Williams Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege.

Melissa M. Micelli, 32, of the 500 block of Fountain Street, was charged Wednesday with second-degree escape.

Herbert Ray Hamm Jr., 44, of the 4000 block of Chapel Road, was charged Wednesday with reckless endangerment and first- and second-degree assault.

Brandon Ray Sexton, 26, of the 600 block of North Stokes Street, was charged Wednesday with theft less than $1,000, identity theft fraud and credit card impersonation of less than $500.

Gas was stolen Sunday in the first block of Locust Street.

Melissa Kovacs, 37, of the 600 block of Brenda Lane in Aberdeen, was arrested as a fugitive from Florida Tuesday.

Dana Ashley McKelvey, 28, of the 200 block of Locust Drive in Lincoln University, Pa., was arrested on two bench warrants Wednesday in cases in which she was charged with driving under the influence per se and theft less than $100.

David Makonnen, 38, of the 700 block of St. Nicholas Avenue in New York, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with reckless driving, negligent driving, unsafe lane changing, following a vehicle too closely, driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol and two counts of speeding.

Todd A. Walker, 48, of the 4100 block of Rondo Court in Baltimore, was charged Wednesday with obtaining a prescription by forgery and obtaining drugs by fraud.
