Lonnie Fleetwood, 35, of the 600 block of Edmund Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

A man who was staggering in traffic Wednesday on APG Road said he was almost hit by a vehicle.

Jesus Estrado-Ruiz, 34, of the first block of East Kelly Street, was charged Tuesday with failing to display his license on demand, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without the required license and authorization, negligent driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, failure to display lighted lamps when required and attempting to elude police by failing to stop.
Kaitlyn Eden Kelly, 21, of the 800 block of Peppard Drive, was arrested on two bench warrants Tuesday in cases in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
Joseph B. Hogan, 25, of the 1500 block of Amesbury Court, was charged Tuesday with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary.
