Someone was shooting a bow and arrow from the road in the 200 block of Haverhill Road last Wednesday.

Richard Albert Bond, 50, of the 800 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

David Allen Phillips Jr., 36, of the 300 block of Haverhill Road, was charged Monday with driving without a required license, unsafe backing of motor vehicle, failing to stop after an accident involving property damage and failing to notify the vehicle driver of damage.

Trash was dumped in a backyard Friday in the 700 block of Magnolia Road.

Pylesville

Kristina M. Corun, 19, of the 1000 block of Harkins Road, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

Caroline Rose Grabowski, 20, of the 4000 block of Heaps School Road, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, vandalism, theft less than $1,000 and unauthorized removal of property. Jerome Grabowski, 55, of the same address, was charged Monday with obstructing justice, harboring a fleeing a felon and resisting arrest.

Someone was trespassing May 14 in the 200 block of Pylesville Road.

A theft involving a second-grade student was reported Tuesday in the 5300 block of Norrisville Road.

Latrice Tyler, 36, of the 2000 block of Argonne Drive in Baltimore, was charged May 14 with theft less than $1,000.

Justin Craig Glassman, 29, of the 1600 block of Liberty Grove Road in Conowingo, was charged May 14 with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Robin Marie Hudson, 43, of the 4200 block of Elsa Terrace in Baltimore, was charged last Wednesday with theft less than $1,000.

Davron Levin Brooks, 27, of the 600 block of Wilson Avenue in Baltimore, was charged last Wednesday with distributing narcotics, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing a drug other than marijuana.

James Angelo Aloupis, 50, of the 15000 block of Darwin Court in Laurel, was charged Thursday with possessing a drug other than marijuana and possessing drugs with intent to distribute.

David W. Forrester, 52, of the 500 block of Schoolhouse Road in Kennett Square, Pa., was charged Saturday with violating a protective order.

Matthew Paul Singley, 22, of the 100 block of Gerard Drive in Glen Burnie, was charged Monday with first-and fourth-degree burglary, vandalism, theft less than $1,000 and unauthorized removal of property.
