Robin L. Graver, 22, of the 600 block of Plater Street, was charged Saturday with possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Joe A. Epps, 25, whose address is listed as a post office box, was charged Saturday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, inhaling a harmful substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Juveniles were shooting BB guns at houses Friday in the 1900 block of Bennett Road.
