Aberdeen

Martin A. Fischer, 21, of the first block of Clayton Street, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with vandalism.

Eric C. Cramer, 32, of the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.

Raymond Joseph Walker, 30, of the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged on an arrest warrant Tuesday with second-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000, vandalism and fourth-degree burglary theft.

Matthew M. Munoz, 22, of the 100 block of Kretlow Drive, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Clarence T. Veeney, 23, who has addresses in the first block of Gunnison Street and the 100 block of Warwick Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

David P. Thomas, 58, of the 3000 block of Creswell Road, was charged Tuesday with altering a drug or alcohol test and theft less than $100.

Randy Hughes Banks, 50, of the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Wednesday with trespassing.

Stephen M. Pospichel, 23, of the 2600 block of Churchville Road in Churchville, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and trespassing.

Mark Anthony Hooker, 49, of the first block of West Inca Street, was charged Wednesday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Leah Anne Geisler, 20, of the 900 block of Hillswood Road, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

John Christopher Goss, 21, of the 7300 block of Twin Branch Road, was charged Monday with driving 16 miles over the speed limit and failing to display a license to a uniformed police officer.
