Bradley Barton Peeples, 25, of the 3100 block of Laurel View Drive, was arrested as a fugitive from justice for Pennsylvania Thursday.
A gas pump was tampered with and gas was stolen Thursday in the 3500 block of Woodsdale Road.
Theft was reported Friday in the first block of Wegmans Boulevard.
