Richard D. Schwarz III, 26, of the 3300 block of Deepwell Court, was charged on an arrest warrant Thursday with first- and second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Bradley Barton Peeples, 25, of the 3100 block of Laurel View Drive, was arrested as a fugitive from justice for Pennsylvania Thursday.

A gas pump was tampered with and gas was stolen Thursday in the 3500 block of Woodsdale Road.

John Justin Brinson, 23, who has addresses in the 200 block of Ewing Street and the 8600 block of Vanwyck in Burrwood, N.Y., was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with negligent driving.

Raymond Martin House, 47, of the 2000 block of Rushmore Court, was charged Thursday with negligent driving, speeding and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Joshua D. Galvez, 26, of the first block of Oak Crest Court, was charged on an arrest warrant Thursday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, theft less than $1,000, vandalism, two counts of first-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree burglary.

Jamie Ashley Atkins, 26, of the 200 block of Fairwood Road, was charged Friday with two counts of theft less than $1,000.

Jesus M. Ruiz-Hernandez, 21, of the 200 block of Crocker Drive, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol and failure to remain at the scene of an accident involving damage.

Jacob Dean Schumaker, 25, of the 700 block of Clifton Terrace Drive, was charged on an arrest warrant Monday with drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana. He was also arrested on two bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana and theft of $500 or more.
