Christopher A. Mason, 42, who has addresses in the 100 block of Bandiver Court and the 5000 block of Harford Road in Baltimore, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

A 17-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy were charged with second-degree assault after fighting Saturday in the 400 block of Battery Drive.
