Aberdeen

Tony Patrick Mayse, 43, of the 600 block of Old Robin Hood Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a revoked license and privilege.

Porscha P. Taylor, 23, of the first block of Lincoln Avenue, was charged Thursday with theft less than $100.

Robert D. Landers, 28, of the 900 block of Gilbert Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with driving on a suspended license and privilege.

John Edward-Richard Moore, 27, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was charged Monday with obtaining a prescription by forgery and obtaining a prescription by altering an order. Moore was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000 and identity fraud to avoid prosecution.

A loaded trailer was stolen Thursday in the 500 block of Old Post Road.

Shots were heard fired Friday in the 100 block of Fords Lane.

Crystal M. French-Guerrero, 28, of the first block of Wildwood Lane in Port Deposit, was arrested as a fugitive from Pennsylvania Thursday.

Justin R. Carr, 23, of the 400 block of Gateshead Court in Edgewood, was charged Sunday with failure to obey a lawful order.

Johnny R. Little, 31, of the 100 block of South Parke Street, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Keone Angelo Givens Sr., 22, of the first block of Church Green, was charged Sunday with marijuana possession.

Rayshaw D. Gibbons, 24, of the 1300 block of Jervis Square in Belcamp, was charged Monday with marijuana possession.

Timothy J. Kluchinsky, 18, of the 1100 block of Trowbridge Court, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000, two counts of stealing another person's credit card and two counts of charging another person's credit card less than $100.

John H. Bowling Jr., 33, of the 1000 block of Searay Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

A homeless person was causing issues Friday in the 3200 block of Emmorton Road.

Daniel H. Bupp, 20, of the 1400 block of Valley Stream Road, was charged Monday with drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Gina Maria Ciulla Bentley, 40, of the first block of Overbrook Drive, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to show license or registration on demand, negligent driving, failure to obey traffic control device instructions, dumping refuse on a highway or in water, driving with a suspended license and privilege and driving while her license was suspended.

A lawn was damaged Thursday in the 1300 block of Willow Chase Drive.

There was a possible theft from a vehicle Thursday in the 700 block of East Broadway.

Catherine Lee Jones, 37, of the first block of Honeycomb Road in Middle River, was charged Thursday with two counts of theft less than $1,000.

Carollyn R. Duschl, 29, of the first block of Navigator Court in Middle River, was charged Thursday with two counts of theft less than $1,000. Duschl was also charged with theft less than $1,000, theft scheme less than $1,000 and theft less than $100.

Arnise Nicole Jakubowski, 33, of the 200 block of Point to Point Square in Bel Air, was charged Monday with driving 23 miles over the speed limit, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving, reckless driving and failing to obey properly-placed traffic control devices.

Harford Memorial Hospital reported March 18 that a 3-year-old girl may have been sexually abused by her grandfather. No charges have been filed.

A young man was smashing mailboxes March 17 in the 300 block of Tidewater Drive.

A purse was taken March 18 from Rodgers Tavern, in the 700 block of Market Street.

Someone took a bicycle March 18 from a garage in the 600 block of South Washington Street.

A vehicle was vandalized March 19 in the 500 block of Hall Court.

Clifton H. Dairsaw, 55, of the 7600 block of Watts Road in Hanover, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with acting as a contractor without a license, failing to perform a contract and theft of $500 or more.

Charles M. Burgan VI, 28, of the 12000 block of Bonmot Place in Reisterstown, was charged Saturday with marijuana possession.

Matthew A. Hickman, 29, of the 800 block of Principio Road in Port Deposit, was charged Sunday with drug paraphernalia possession. Hickman was also arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100.

Stephen J. Bryson, 33, of the 700 block of Bair Road in Delta, Pa., was charged Sunday with speeding, driving with an expired license, driving on a suspended license and privilege, driving on a revoked license and privilege, failing to display license on demand, failure to notify administration of an address change and driving without the required license and authorization.

Gloria R. Keithley, 26, of the 35000 block of Little Roxanna Road in Frankford, Del., was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which she was charged with drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Jaime Lea Katlic, 24, of the 4900 block of Berryhill Circle in Perry Hall was arrested on a warrant last Wednesday in a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license and failing to attach registration plates.
