Aberdeen

Elliott Colin Gladden, 17, of the 100 block of Norman Avenue, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Kalicia Keonna Jarvis, 30, of the 500 block of 2nd Street, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Tuesday with obtaining drugs by an altered prescription and obtaining drugs by forgery.

Shawda Sierra Williams, 24, of the 100 block of Hanover Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege.

Krystal C. Jordan, 20, of the 400 block of South Law Street, was charged Tuesday with marijuana possession.

Katie Lynn Cramer, 19, who has addresses in the 1500 block of Old Philadelphia Road and the 3300 block of Old Trial Road in York Haven, Pa., was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Daniel R. Gilbert, 37, of the 2300 block of Bel Air Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Angel Luis Alicea, 27, of the 600 block of Market Street, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession, drug possession with intent to distribute, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Lazaurs A. Turner, 20, of the first block of Roosevelt Avenue, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a lawful order.

Lacey Darnell Hueitt, 33,who has addresses in the 400 block of Edmund Street and the 1200 block of Battery Drive in Havre de Grace, was charged Wednesday with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Allen Franklin Holmes III, 29, of the 500 block of Crownwood Court in Edgewood, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession, drug possession with intent to distribute, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Someone jumped a girl after school Tuesday at Aberdeen High School. The suspect is known.

Michele Lynn Matthew, 47, of the 2600 block of Huntingdon Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested on two bench warrants Wednesday in cases in which she was charged with attempted theft less than $1,000, theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000 and three counts of theft less than $1,000.

Stanley R. Seymour Sr., 52, of the 2600 block of Tome Highway in Colora, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100.

Charles K. Coley, 28, of the first block of Cedar Heights in Gwynn Oak, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with two counts each of forgery, uttering a false document and theft more than $500.

Elizabeth T. Fahey, 21, of the 6900 block of 10 Timbers Lane in Baltimore, was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.
