Teddy Joe Fender Jr., 37, of the 300 block of Ellsworth Place, was charged on an arrest warrant Friday with obtaining drugs by fraud, obtaining drugs by a forged prescription, possession of a drug other than marijuana and narcotics possession with intent to distribute.

Elizabeth Anne Denning, 42, of the 2000 block of Old Joppa Road, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.
