Jennifer Blais, 23, of the 300 block of Pintail Drive, was charged Friday with possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Assaults were reported last Thursday in the 700 block of Pennington Avenue and the 700 block of Congress Avenue. No further information was available from city police.

A car window was broken Sunday in the 100 block of Tidewater Drive.

Two tire rims were stolen last Thursday at A 1 Auto, in the 100 block of Pulaski Highway.

Someone's ex-girlfriend punched him in the face on Friday in the 600 block of Ohio Street. The victim had no visible injuries and refused medical treatment or seek charges.

Nicholas Torres, 24, of the 3800 block of Belmont Drive, was charged last Thursday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while intoxicated, exceeding the speed limit and violating a license restriction.


Steve Randolph, 37, of the 500 block of Renee Drive, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which he had been charged with various theft and forgery charges and was found guilty of scheming to commit theft less than $1,000.

Kimberly Waitkus, 46, of the 400 block of Darksdale Road, was charged Monday with failing to appear in a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Juveniles were panhandling on the median strip at Joppa Farm Road and Pulaski Highway on Monday.
