Christopher Mayhew, 24, of the 400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged last Thursday with two counts of vandalism.

Alexander Brown, 28, of the 200 block of Engle Court, was charged last Thursday with second-degree assault of law enforcement, vandalism, second-degree assault, second-degree escape and resisting arrest.
