Minota Whitley, 19, of the 1300 block of Flag Harbor Boulevard in Saint Leonard, was charged Friday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, failing to obey a reasonable order and disturbing the peace.

Jason Johns, 30, of the 3800 block of Elmley Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Friday with possessing contraband, possessing marijuana and possessing drugs with intent to distribute.

Gregory Wheeler, 50, of the first block of Highland Drive in Hanover, Pa., was charged Saturday with marijuana possession.
