Aberdeen

Robert Terrell Henderson, 26, of the first block of Defense Drive, was charged Thursday with violating a protective order and vandalism.

Douglas Bryon Langkam, 54, of the 1500 block of Perryman Road, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested as a fugitive from Pennsylvania Thursday.

Gabriella Elyse Gonzales, 20, of the 700 block of Curtis Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which she was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Jay Edwin Pugh Jr., 22, of the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged Thursday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and two counts of second-degree assault.

Randy Hughes Banks, 50, who has addresses in the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard and first block of Swan Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Two men entered a home in the 100 block of Vancherie Court on Monday, made a drug-related demand and ransacked the residents' bedrooms before leaving. They wore surgical masks over their faces. The incident is believed to be drug-related.

Cochran, 32, of the 200 block of Clubhouse Road in Delta, Pa., was charged Thursday with two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and two counts of drug paraphernalia possession. Bruce Warren Robinson Jr., 25, of the 1200 block of Woodbourne Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with driving on a suspended license and privilege.

Kiki L. Hopkins, 33, of the 1100 block of Wedgewood Road in Baltimore, was charged Friday with obtaining a prescription by fraud, obtaining a prescription by altering an order and issuing a forged prescription.

Baisden Jr., 35, of the 100 block of Dirty Ankle Road in Lawndale, N.C., was charged Saturday with following a vehicle too closely, failure to control speed to avoid collision, negligent and reckless driving, failure to display license on demand, driving on a suspended out-of-state license, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Donald Justin Monk, 29, of the first block of Dogwood Road in Airville, Pa., was arrested on a bench warrant Saturday in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

Ryan Dale Vaught, 18, of the 700 block of Roe Ingleside Road in Centreville, was charged Saturday with drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession.
